Alvorexa operates https://alvorexa.com. Contact for privacy requests: alvorexa@gmail.com. This policy covers the Alvorexa company website only. Individual products (HouseChef, StyleCheck, KurumsalCard) may publish their own policies on their sites or app stores.
Information we collect
- Contact form data you submit (name, email, subject, message).
- Optional analytics via Google Analytics 4 (pages viewed, device/browser signals, approximate location) — only after you accept analytics cookies.
- Server logs needed for security and reliability (IP, user agent, timestamps).
Purposes and legal bases
- Contact inquiries — respond to your message. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract / legitimate interest in answering business inquiries; where required, your consent via the contact form checkbox.
- Analytics — understand site usage and improve the experience. Legal basis: consent (cookie preferences).
- Security / logs — protect the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
International transfers
Contact messages are delivered by email through Gmail SMTP (Google). Analytics, when enabled, are processed by Google Analytics. These services may process data in the United States or other countries. We rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where applicable.
